The big day will be close enough that your care team will start keeping closer track of your progress. Each pregnancy is different, but from this point on you may have a prenatal appointment every week until you deliver.
After you have delivered your baby please call the office to schedule a 6 week postpartum visit. If you have a Cesarean section you should also schedule a 2 week follow-up appointment to have your incision checked.
